Garrett obviously has a major problem in this regard so we don't need to even go there, but I think Pouncey will be the interesting story line. I think Pouncey might've gotten off with just a fine except for the fact that he was kicking a guy in the head while the guy was on the ground. That's a major problem.

Most of those scums are broken up pretty quickly by the zebras and other players. If it's just shoving and whatnot, it's normally no big deal, but punches will normally draw a fine and at least an ejection. Kicking usually draws a suspension and a fine. The fact he was kicking the head will probably warrant a multiple game suspension plus a pretty hefty fine.
