Reid is a power blocking guy. Jon Runyan was a 330 lb right tackle, Jason Peters is a 340 lb blocker, Hank Fraley was a 310 lb center. He likes big, big dudes. Heck's offensive line at LT, C, and RT? Somewhere around 305, 290, 305. Says a lot about Reid if he's going to design a scheme around a lighter weight ZBS when his entire background is around maulers playing power blocking.

Yeah, I gotta say, I'm liking the fact that he's not fitting square pegs in round holes.
Seems he's evaluating/evaluated the roster and is getting coaches to fit the players we have, not just bringing a system in and forcing guys into it.
We'll have to se how it works out, but I'm liking it so far.
