BTW, Phil, if you ever get back to Ft. Collins, you've got to try out Fiona's Euroepan Delicatessan. I wish their menu was online, but their website is under construction. Some of the most inventive and interesting sandwiches I've ever seen.

If you crave something more gilled, try the smoked salmon, creamy brie cheese, lettuce, tomato and basil pesto mayo on English muffin bread. Of if you crave an iron-rich sandwich, try Scott’s favorite sandwich — chopped liver, smoked applewood bacon, sautéed onions, American cheese and red pepper mayo on grilled sourdough.
