If your PS+ stays paid up each year, you keep every game you downloaded. It's now my second year on PS+ and I have downloaded a shitload of great games: Infamous 2, Uncharted 3, Saints Row III, Payday 2, Ratchet & Clank, Outlast, Resogun, etc. And there are other titles like Bioshock Infinite and Borderlands 2 that I already had.
