Calling it a shadow instead of smoke is a spoiler? Really? It's not like they didn't talk about shadows immediately before she gave birth to it or that it really matters whether you call it shadow, smoke or anything else.
And Sansa's boob is a spoiler now too? You guys are getting a little ridiculous. Nobody has posted any spoilers, and the OP clearly invites delving into the books a little to fill in details. There's a lot going on and the show can get confusing. Sometimes adding a little more backstory helps. It's only a spoiler if you give away future events and plots, not if you give a better explanation about something that already happened.
