The only logistical reason that they didn't release the full tape was to make it appear as incriminating as possible against Tyreek.
So then the question becomes:
A - did they do this at the request of the source
B - did they do this on their own
If it's A, you'd think they would have been up front about it so as to place the blame on the anonymous source and dodge any responsibility.
If it's B, then that means KCTV5 decision makers are evil. There's no other reason.

Casey Dbag Clark Jr admitted that they edited the tape- just like they do all the news. TV5 is solely responsible for the narrative. They thought they had Reek in a noose and the full tape would never come out.
