My brother-in-law bought a new 2004 Liberty that they had for 7 years and 85,000 miles. Never had a single problem with it and when I rode in it right before they traded it off, I was amazed that there wasn't a single squeak or rattle. Still ran and looked like new.
Both of them got shitty mileage, though.

Mrs. Radar drives an ’04 Liberty. We’ve had it since new, it has 93K miles now and the only problem we’ve ever had with it is when the water pump went out about 2 years ago.
Gas mileage does kinda suck though, for a cute ute with a V-6.
