It's a 6-part documentary about a JR. college competitive cheer squad in Texas, Kids from broken homes, etc.

Its more like acrobatics. The things these kids put themselves through is crazy.

The personal stories about the coach and the kids she chooses for the squad, if you've played ANY team sport you can relate.

It's really intense. I recommend it, and you'll maybe get wife points cuz you can watch it together.

Vailpass posted a thread about it - probably when it dropped.

I had it on in the office while I was working through some shit. It was a solid watch. There is a ****load of gay and drama in there, so if you're uncomfortable, may not be your cup of tea, but those kids are at the top of their profession. There isn't any level higher than what these kids are doing. And yes, they're immature drama filled 18/19 year old community college kids. But they're the best.

I didn't get into the stories as much as it wanted me to. But it was fascinating how they handled the situation. I'm not sure what I'd have done. It's kind of weird to be the best at what you do and then done at 20 years old.

Pretty good watch overall. And I expected to hate it.
