I don't get the purpose of the deal at this point.
For a future 3rd? That's just such a light return.
What are they doing with the cap space? How many external pieces are they adding with this? I don't see a T that's worth it.
If the space is used to lock up internal guys, that's also disappointing (could have been done differently).
