Why can companies still fire you or not hire you based on the use of THC when its legal, prescribed by a legit doctor and registered with the state?
Ambien is a class 1 drug but they don't test for that. That shit will make you sleepy and groggy/ Seems to me that's detrimental to a productive work day.

Thc isn't recognized by the feds and thus isn't protected like other pharmaceuticals. That was one of the first questions I had. I was looking for a friend of mine who is on disability if it would effect his check if he got a card. Apparently it can if you are just starting the application process, but they won't take it away if you already have it
