Yes...the Hitchens deal was outstanding...as was moving up for Speaks. Let's not mention relying on Amerson to pan out after Peters split...and being forced ,last second, to rely on Parker and Scandrick.
You could argue that by maneuvering to land Mahomes...it has given Veach a lot of immediate cap flexibility to get Watkins and Clark.
Veach has been taken to the woodshed in compensation...both for his own players and others FAs.
I guess we are just spoiled..that literally everything Dorsey touched tuned into all-pros.
