haven't posted in here in a bit, but am pondering something different.
the father in law gave me this huge butternut pumpkin. i don't cook as much of it as most aussies, but this is my idea.
sheppard's pie aussie style.
diced lamb and sweet potato with some sort of small veggie, topped with mashed pumpkin.
will use rosemary and mint seasoning on the lamb cubes, and tons of garlic.
the pie crust will be homemade too.
the only problem is my work schedule is impeding me from serving this before 10 pm.
