I hate that argument for trading away high picks. If draft picks weren't important, they wouldn't be used in trades as often as they are.

You're telling me they're such a crapshoot that it's just as likely that two consecutive 1st rounders will bust as it is this LT you traded for will be healthy and productive for all of those seasons? If that's the case, then your team REALLLY sucks at drafting, and the personnel dept needs a huge ass overhaul.
