The wording of the indictment indicates KU is a "victim" of a shoe company & the parents/guardians; so I'm not sure what actual blow back would hit KU at this point. It's entirely possible that the NCAA could vacate any games De Sousa played in & take away the Final Four banner I suppose.
But, I agree - if the NCAA is going to go hard at KU, a lot a schools should be worried.
