I've known a few people who married KSU girls or guys, and try to be nice by wishing them well. But I've never met one single KU alum who roots for K-State to beat KU. And neither have you.
There's a difference between rooting against Nebraska and rooting for Oklahoma.

As far as the KU/KSU football fan, they root for KSU when not playing KU (and I know SEVERAL who used to root for KSU to beat KU back in the days before Mangino).
