Nah, we know there are great things to come. And we're enjoying every minute in the present. We have the most exciting QB and offense in the league.
This is the player I wanted and I had lofty expectations even before the draft. You could just see that he had "it." Everything you could want mentally and physically. And he is nowhere near his ceiling. I was more sure of Mahomes' talent than any QB in recent memory.
See, I can say that with a straight face because it's true. When you make claims of "Patriot dominance for the foreseeable future," no one buys it, especially yourself. An aging QB (and team) who is already noticeably declining is primed for long term dominance?
