Here is the proper protocol.
1. Kick your shoe off. Obviously you can’t untie it or remove it properly. Kick it off.
2. Find a way to kick it to the aisle and retrieve said shoe.
3. Quietly, so as to not disturb other patrons, remove the shoelace
4. Wrap it around his neck and choke a bitch.
