And maybe it turns out that I'm wrong, but either way, aren't I allowed to have an opinion? Or are we supposed to just blithely be okay with whoever they take, as long as it's a qb?

We have had no options, dude.
Let's say the worst happens and we draft 15-20. Smith, Barkley, and Wilson get drafted 1, 2, 3. We have a shot to go get a Ryan Tannehill type of guy just a few picks ahead. That's what it's come down to. Those picks have to be moved to go get that guy.
What's our other option? Draft that illustrious ILB that won't change shit on our defense? Burn a first rounder replacing Brandon Carr?
This shit has to end. We have to start drafting those guys you don't like. One of them is going to work out. It happens all the time. A Joe Flacco or somebody like that. The dice MUST be rolled.
