I really can't say I've seen a worse T performance in 5+ years. I mean he was just laughably terrible and it was because he seemed to have just forgotten every technique/coaching moment he's had for the last 10 years. How a guy thinks he's gonna get that job done just dropping his head and lunging forward is beyond me.

And he did it often. I can't imagine he's generally that awful in practice, etc... because that's the kind of stuff you don't see Power 5 college players doing with regularity. He wouldn't stay on scholarship doing that shit, let alone make an NFL roster.

It had to be a one-off. Right?
Last Sunday was how I expected him to be at be LT all the time before I was pleasantly surprised by ok to decent play the 2 weeks before that. Hopefully it was a one time thing and he can go back to being average until Fisher comes back. But I never expected him to have the footspeed or fluidity needed to be an LT so it was very odd to me when they decided he would be our backup LT in the season instead of keeping him at guard.
