If Mahomes stays healthy and actually wants to play as long as Brady (which are both big "ifs" I suppose), he will thrash every one of his individual marks. Team success is quite a bit out of his control, but he'll have his opportunities.
As it is, though, I'm pretty comfortable saying Mahomes is the best player to ever play the game (note: this is different than the "greatest"). Nobody has ever played at this level before.
