I ordered on the 12th got my phone on the 15th and won't be able to use it until the 26th if I am lucky.
On top of that, I don't know how many times they said they would call me back that day or the next and never heard word one from them. I have had to contact them almost daily.

Sprint is terrible, take that shit back before those 30 days are up, It will be the best move you can make with sprint.
