If you're training to get ripped for a muscle pose-off then sure, but to lose weight and feel healthy then I honestly don't give a damn what any single one of you guys think.
And seriously, a low fat diet is BAD? get out... I'm not training to get shredded for a posing contest, I want to feel lean and healthy and strong... carbs help give me the energy to complete my workouts. That's whats pissing me off about this whole deal, too many of you guys think you have the only answer and that just flat out isn't the case.
