This guy goes into Paris, and checks into a French whorehouse. Traveling abroad is really expensive, so he's low on funds. He asks the madame what he can get for $20 American. The madame says "Most of our girls here are $200 or more per night. But there's a dead whore up in room 234. If you really want some, you can go up there and do your business for $20."
The guy figures, what the Hell, maybe its a French thing. So he pays $20, goes up to room 234 and does his thing.
Afterwards he comes back down to the front desk. The madame says, "So, how was it?" The guy says. "Well, it was OK, but her nose kept running."
The madame says. "Oh. She must be full."
