I posted this about three weeks ago and didn't even get a "damn dude, you're about to blow up and die". Anyways three weeks in and I'm down 10 pounds. My training regimen has been to work on my golf game, do some Joey D golf exercises( I throw in a couple sets of tris, bis and flys with the workout bands and do a few abs) followed by some treadmill. I'm trying real hard not to over train because I don't want to start something I can't maintain as a lifestyle and it screws up my golf. Of course I've changed my diet with the biggest thing being no cokes which I love and no McDonalds sausage & hash browns. Those two things alone are huge. I kept telling my wife that stuff is bad but she kept bringing it and I kept eating it. No more. I'm still taking in to many calories from alcohol though
Now I need to do it again over the next three weeks and I'll be 20lbs down.
