McNair is one tough SOB but that is the perfect example of why scrambling QBs will never "change the position" like so many talking heads say they will. In the longrun the guys who handles the ball every play and has to call the plays won't be able to take the pounding for long. There's just to many variables for a guy who is winded and slobberknocked to deal with.
