I hadn't heard about Tamba being upset that the game was going to be played, but again, not very surprised. He's also stood right next to Belcher for four years on nearly every snap of the ball. That said, Tamba's position doesn't require as much focus as it does physical tools and motor. When a middle linebacker can't focus, the whole defense breaks. When a outside linebacker can't focus, he can sometimes rely on adrenaline to compensate.
