This! Mahomes is held to a different standard. After falling short in overtime- it was- "Mahomes can't beat Brady". Then he does. Then it is, "He has never won an SB"- mission accomplished.
Now its- "Well, he got lucky at the end".
Even when he threw for 5,000 yards and 50 TD's- lots of critics wanted to give the MVP to Brees.
