If you do, I'd run about half speed and work on getting your stride out there but not putting a lot of power.
Then when you do start again, I'd run into your start, don't start from a stop.
Be the hell careful. Mine felt pretty good but was shit. It took me forever to get over it. Maybe yours wasn't as severe, but just be careful.

Just re-pulled that sucker the other night attempting to get back at it too soon. It hurt 10x worse this time.
