Here's how I'm looking at it.
Lacy:
If I have a high pick in the 1st round.....then I'll have a chance at 2 top 5 RBs on my roster. But I'll only have one shot to grab a WR and it's going to be at the end of the 2nd round.
If I have a low pick in the 1st round.....then I'll have a chance at grabbing the best WR/RB or WR/WR combo at the turn in the 1st and 2nd rounds. Plus I'll have a high 4th round pick to grab whatever I didn't in the first two rounds.
Bell:
Bell allows me to pretty much do whatever I want in the first 7 rounds. Bell is not free from issues though.
1. Dude JUST got arrested. He more than likely won't miss anytime this year....but there is always a possibility.
2. They signed Blount in the offseason and he's already stealing carries (including GL carries) away from Bell.
3. Bell's YPC average last season wasn't great by any means.
Thomas:
He's the wildcard. A top 3 TE for a 15th round pick is great....but I've never historically taken a TE high in any of my drafts. It gives me the freedom to not have to worry about a TE at all but there are a couple of TEs that I'm interested in later in the draft that I think could be good.
