I loved that show, but I think I've already weighed in on most of the best things I've ever eaten.

Cluckin' Hot Chicken at Southern
Strouds at the original Troost location
Beef Larb at Thai Gai Yang on The Loop
Racanelli's slice with Italian Beef

There was a time when I had one of the best BBQ meals in, of all places, the middle nowhere down near the Current River. Called something like The Machine Shed, or The BBQ Garage. The meal was legit good, but I think a big part of it was being famished after a weekend canoeing and living in a tent. Went with a couple other friends, and we divided our time pretty evenly between having our faces buried in our plate, and looking up at the group with mutual looks of astonishment. They also had some of the best sides, great onion rings, perfect potato salad, awesome beans. Slaw was average, but average slaw is still good eats with good BBQ [I mean, I love slaw, but how do you differentiate good slaw from awesome slaw?].

Also, there was one time I lucked into the best appetizer Ribs at Texas Roadhouse
