Yeah, I'm not sure what to think. I hate to be too bullish on Iowa players but I love Hooker. The guy played LB and CB from the safety spot. They literally put him anywhere on the field they needed him to be and he always performed.
He could play a lot of different roles in an NFL defense and he has ideal size and speed too.
