It's extremely minor, but they did use the same font in the trailer as they did in the movies. I'll admit that even sounds like a stretch to me, though....
I bet the Doomsday Clock makes an appearance somehow, albeit in a completely different reference/form. The Clock signified the dangers and hysteria of the Cold War in the 80's, something will signify the social upheaval of today in this show. Because, it still is HBO.
