Quickie update. Down from 225 to 198 in 8 weeks. Haven't noticed any strength loss yet. Keto kicks ass especially on trt. I'm excited to see what happens when I begin introducing carbs again in April and my muscles fill back up. Might throw in a little OTC steroid for good measure
