Johnathan Ogden was in Super Bowl 35 in 2001.

And it was the Ravens defense that was the reason they were in the Super Bowl.

So, the last premiere NFL tackle to have actually been a key cog for the team appearing in the Super Bowl was probably Orlando Pace. Eleven years ago.
