If Elway is smart he will try to trade Chris Harris and Von Miller immediately and go full rebuild while trying to attract a guy like Jim Harbaugh to coach there after this year...and hire someone to run the GM job and take in a different role in the organization.

You are 100% correct with the assertion that they should be in rebuild mode.
It won't happen because Elway is a legend beyond comparison in Denver.
It will be a sandpaper to the face kind of implosion for the Broncos to get rid of their legend....
