I recently switched from sumo deadlifts to regular. The sumo had always felt more natural to me, but I finally decided I wanted to work on regular.

It took me a bit to get my form down, but I now feel MUCH stronger with the conventional deadlift. For some reason, it's much easier for me to engage my pull in my glutes/legs when doing conventional, whereas I felt like I often started my pull in my back with sumo.

So yeah, I was stuck at around 365 workout with sumo for a long, long time. I'm about to push up to 385 since switching to conventional.

So, do you pull sumo or conventional or mix them up?
