Kyrie is a superstar who is today surrounded by a young streaky shooting guard (who will become more consistent over time), a rapidly ascending power forward... and then several role players who will one day make quality bench depth, plus a bunch of players who are absolute garbage. There are few players good enough to play with that kind of a crappy supporting cast.
The Cavs have the draft and a shitload of money to bring in a Center and a Small Forward. Let's assume that's Noel and Josh Smith (or maybe you pick up Jefferson and draft a small forward). Suddenly, you have Kyrie - Waiters - Josh Smith - Tristan - Noel and at backup you now have Gee, Zeller, Ellington, and Speights (all guys who can play real quality depth minutes). Oh... and the Cavs also will have 4 extra picks (2 late first rounders and 2 second rounders) plus a buttload of extra cash.
