I'm a big fan of Rosedale. It's in my top five of KC BBQ joints. Love their apple flavored sauce. They're a great value. I usually get a turkey dinner with fries, slaw and beans and a Diet Stewart's Orange Creme soda.
Their ribs are not very good. They do theirs like Earl Quicks used to, they're fatty and chewy and like pot roast. Must be a KCK thing. But their brisket is good -they cube it up instead of strips- and the turkey is great. Also they have the best drink selection in the city for variety. Nice people work there too. Service is quick, good value, never leave feeling hungry.
