Edit: There are other options for other launch games as well. The BF4 or KZ bundle includes a year of PS+ at or less than just the console price of the XB1. M$ doesn't have a chance.

I'll be more motivated when they release a PS3 bundle that doesn't involve a shooter (assuming I didn't already miss one).
