Duke and UNC are ACC basketball. They certainly aren't getting anything from the ACC that the SEC wouldn't provide.

The SEC doesn't bring anything better to Duke and UNC than what they already get in the ACC. They have about as much chance of going to the SEC as Michigan and tOSU.
