If there was a crime, then he should present the evidence in court. This was nothing more than a Witch Hunt, and amounts to Prosecutorial Misconduct to allege a crime in a public press conference all the while admitting to have no evidence. And to be clear: a kid having a broken arm is not in and of itself evidence of a crime. If it were than a majority of parents would face investigations. The only reason there was a press conference was because the parent in this case is an NFL player, if he were a car salesman the case would be dropped and no one would know; and furthermore likely never would of even occurred. But the DA decided to grandstand for no other apparent reason than to feed his own narcissistic ego.
