The main thing that's interesting about Robocalypse is that it has a similar narrative style to World War Z. It also chronicles how the robots (much like the zombies) initially have the advantage until human ingenuity and imagination kicks in. The survivalist aspects of these stories is what, I think, attracts many people.

I guess my sarcasm wasn't strong enough. I've seen the book and wondered if it was good. I'll have to check it out.
