The thing with Jackson is he has these long-ass arms, is twitchy and fluid in and out of his breaks - but not top end speed. If he hadn't been the driver on a series of break-ins with his homies he would have stayed at U of F and been a 2nd rd pick. Idiot.
FWIW I don't see JC manning up on Hill 100% of the time.
Hill is a different animal. No one like him out there. Hes a problem.
