I've never added it up quite frankly, but if I had to guess its about a mile of jogging to loosen up and from there who knows... it all depends on the size of the hill or set of stairs and how many times I go up them.
It depends on how many sprints I do before I'm gassed out for the day, lets just say I was heavy into working out before you and as for Silock he can kiss my ass.
