Take three of those mother****ers... see how quick it gets on top of you. My advise is to take them for a few days and then cold turkey and go with ibuprofen for a day or two. Then back to the meds. Give your body and mind a break if the pain is manageable. Then abuse the **** out of that script for a few days.
Take a few days/weeks off. Rinse. Repeat.
