You can't judge his deep ball accuracy based on a highlights video, you have to look at each and every throw he attempts throughout the season, throughout his career.
It has become very apparent to me that 90% of you are watching highlight videos.
Do yourself a favor, find the games where your QB has done his WORST, and watch every single pass.
Believe it or not, the "worst" games translate more accurately to the NFL than the "highlight" reels.
