They would have to change it up a bit since it's been more than 3 days but it makes sense dramatically as far as the season structure to wait.

i think they still will do it. an as u mention the brienne story, it would be a shame to take that moment away as well. what a great chapter that was when brienne runs into stoneheart. i cant see them throwing both those moments away. it ends the book, it should end this season.
i also would like to see littlefingers conversation with sansa put into the finale. i know it happens on the boat but would be a nice thing to add to the close out of the season. littlefingers early ambitious reveal is one of the things i didnt like about the show(along with jaimes scene with cersi this week). even with hints, him being on that boat surprised me. i thought the reveal was less surprising in the show.
