I don't think Berry will ever return close to his previous form, and as last night showed, a broke dick safety is worthless (he couldn't even cover another broke dick, Gronk).
Even if Berry were to have his surgery today, a 6-8 month recovery time will make his availability for training camp and even at the start of the regular season a question mark.
