According to the rumors, its maybe not accurate to say "Texas is against expansion", seems that Texas thinks Notre Dame is about ready to agree to come and they want to hold off till they say yes or no. Rest of the conference might be thinking "bird in the hand is more than two in the bush", and we should just take FSU/Clemson now, and figure out ND later if they make their mind up.
