Carr is a big, physical corner with experience in both man and zone schemes, and he'd be a sizable upgrade on Terence Newman at left cornerback. He's likely to be coveted by many teams. Why don't we franchise him and actively shop him? Imagine the haul a guy like Carr could bring in.
